A wood saw added to the Victorinox blade
A wood saw added on the back of the Victorinox knife blade! Actually one of the most surprising modification considering how fast it went to grind a few notches and how well it cut a piece of wood. The saw must be made on the larger part to avoid a conical stucking effect and to preserve the blade. Also it's interesting to note that a real wood saw would probaly use a slightly harder steel becaue the small teeth need the capability to resist annoing situations, like bumping on a nail. Anyway it just saw fantastically well just like that, how come ? It seems to me that the lack of regularity between the teeth got a lucky mix in this case, by the way a mix of teeth is also often used with industrial saws as a way to increase the efficiency of the saw.
